"Voucher was confusing"
I tried using the voucher, but I was confused ?? It wasn’t very clear how it worked or where I was supposed to apply it, so the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be

"Fair prices compared to other sites"
I checked a few different sites before buying, and to be fair, the prices here were noticeably lower than the others I looked at. It felt like a reasonable deal overall

"Got helpful support when I was Stuck"
I was trying to find my order info on memberdeals.com and thought maybe I had messed something up. I clicked around for a bit but just couldn’t get to the right spot.

I ended up messaging customer service, and they got back to me Fast. The person who helped me was really nice and explained everything in a simple way, which I appreciated.

They got me to the right page without making me feel dumb about it. Overall, really Good support and I’d definitely use them again

I was expecting the seat-picking process to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually simple. The available dates worked fine for me too, so overall it went smoother than I thought it would.

Booking was easy overall and didn’t take much time. A couple of parts were a little confusing, but I figured it out and got everything done without too much hassle. i was expecting it to be way more annoying, so that was a nice surprise.

"Surprisingly useful deals"
I wasn’t expecting much from memberdeals.com, but the site gave off a legit vibe once I started looking around. I found discounts for a few places I already use, which was a nice surprise. Some deals weren’t really my thing, but they didn’t feel outdated or random like on a lot of other discount sites. It was easy to browse, and based on how straightforward everything felt, I’d say it’s worth checking once in a while.

"The hotel listing wasn’t accurate"
I booked based on the details shown in the listing, but when I got there, some of the hotel information turned out to be wrong. It was frustrating and not what I expected. I feel like an apology would be appropriate here.

"Decent site, but the fees caught me off guard??"
I used memberdeals to check out some tickets, and at first the prices actually looked reasonable. The site itself was easy enough to use, so no real complaints there. But the fees?? Why do they show up so late?? By the time I got to the final total, it felt different from what I thought I was going to pay. It wasn’t terrible, but I definitely wish they were more upfront about the full cost.

I checked a few hotel and ticket deals against other sites, because I’m tired of prices being off, tired of checkout surprises, and tired of wasting time comparing everything. But the prices here were pretty much right on. No weird extra fees popping up at the end, no annoying last-minute changes, no nonsense. It actually saved me time, which I really appreciated.

"Refund process was more hassle than expected"
I booked through MemberDeals and later found out I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the terms, but it definitely wasn’t obvious when I was buying. Support did respond, but it didn’t really solve anything, so I ended up having to spend extra time digging through policies and going back and forth for no real result. The site is fine if everything goes smoothly, but if you need a refund, it can turn into a frustrating bit of extra work...

I’m usually skeptical of sites that make everything sound super polished and “seamless,” because half the time that just means more hassle, but checkout was smooth here. The tickets loaded fine, payment went through quickly, and I didn’t run into any weird errors. Nothing flashy, just simple and it worked. I’d use it again

My tickets were legit, but the reservation took forever to actually show up. The system was being a total clown for a while, but it eventually sorted itself out and everything worked okay in the end.

"Didn’t really do it for me"
I checked out memberdeals mainly looking for attraction tickets and local events, i just wasn’t feeling it. The selection in my area felt really limited, and a lot of the options were either too far away or just not the kind of thing I’d actually want to do. There were a couple of okay deals here and there, but nothing that made me think, yeah, I need to keep coming back to this. Maybe it works better if you live near a bigger city, but for me it was disappointing

"Checkout was easy, but I wanted more security details"
Checkout was simple enough and my card went through without any issues. That part was fine. I just kept wishing they showed more security info before I paid. Like, I know it worked, and it felt okay, but I still didn’t feel totally confident. A little more reassurance would’ve helped, honestly. It’s not that anything went wrong, I just wish there was more security info shown, especially right before entering payment details...

"Decent deals, annoying to cancel"
The deals were fine, nothing amazing but still okay. The frustrating part was trying to cancel. I had to dig around just to find the right info, and it felt way more complicated than it needed to be. It’s like these kinds of services always make signing up super easy and then make pausing or canceling a whole project. I just wish they made it more straightforward without all the extra steps.
